OUR FOUNDER

Brad Raffensperger is a structural engineer and owner of Trillium Structures Inc.

As a Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer licensed in over 40 states, and licensed General Contractor in Georgia and other southeastern states, Brad founded Trillium Structures, a structural design consulting firm with commercial mid-rise and high-rise projects throughout the southeast.

Brad also successfully founded Tendon Systems, LLC a provider of an innovative system utilizing high-strength post-tensioning steel and shear stud reinforcement for construction projects. Under Brad’s ownership, Tendon Systems grew to become the southeast’s largest post-tensioning company with a team of over 150 employees and completed projects in over 40 states. Tendon Systems manufactured these specialized engineered products from both Columbus and Forsyth County, Georgia. 

Brad holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Science from Western University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
